At Velocis Metals, our hydrogen furnace brazing machine is a fully automated, continuous system designed for precision and high-volume production. It features multiple temperature-controlled heating zones, a controlled cooling section, and a conveyor system that ensures uniform heat distribution and consistent brazing quality. The furnace operates under a pure hydrogen atmosphere, enabling clean, oxide-free, and flux-free brazing with excellent joint strength and repeatability. The system is equipped with advanced hydrogen monitoring sensors, gas flow control systems, flame arrestors, emergency shut-off valves, and safety interlocks to prevent leaks and ensure secure operation.

Dedicated Bending

Ultrasonic Cleaning
